When it’s done, take it out and let it cool for at least 15 minutes. If you don’t wait, it’s more likely to stick to your pan, so do yourself a favor and wait! Get a cute plate and turn the loaf pan over onto it. You’ll hear the lentil bread plop right out onto your plate. When it’s out, you can cut into slices, and dig in! If you’ve got a kid like mine, you might want to spread some cream cheese on the bread – because to him, bread equals something with cream cheese on it.
